   At this time, we will break the net for emergency or priority traffic. Is there any emergency or priority traffic?
+More commonly seen on higher traffic nets, like 40m, it is good practice to give membership a check to speak up here with any announcements. If the net is experiencing poor prop or difficult conditions this request may be left out, at the discretion of the NCS.
+  Is there any traffic, general announcements or net business of general interest to be announced?
+  During the net the minimum acceptable signal report is a 21 and the maximum is a 59. Net control or a relay must hear both stations acknowledge the correct signal report for the contact to be official.
+  All stations must identify with their full callsign when making or receiving a call.
+  All net times are in Zulu and the current time is <insert time from netlogger> Zulu.
+The following section may be skipped if there are no newcomers on the worklist. If there are newcomers this section should be read, welcoming them to our net. It is optional if the callsigns of those new members is read in the below, because sometimes it can confuse them into thinking they are getting a call.

Members are usually given a priority call, meaning they can skip to the head of the line, if a station joins that would give them their 49th or 50th. If prop or conditions are poor, it’s acceptable to ask stations to identify on AIM as well.

+Finally, to close the preamble, we announce procedure for mobile and combo stations. Some Net Controllers will look at their worklist and call out if they have either of these two groups on the list during this section of the preamble.
+  When working a mobile station, please include both signal reports and the mobile stations location on your QSL card.
+  Contacts made with a combo station count as only one call.
