NCS Guidelines
Purpose
This document serves as the official guidelines for Net Control Stations (NCS) to follow while hosting an OM International Sideband Society (OMISS) net.
Guidelines, rules and suggested scripts to be used on the air will be highlighted and labeled in each section as necessary.
A Guideline can be defined as direction and expected action or usage by the NCS.
A Rule is something that is expected and must be followed by the NCS.
A Script is a standard statement for on-air use, and can be adjusted slightly to account for style, delivery and personal preference of the NCS. The intent and content of the script should be respected if adjustments are made
