+Guidelines, rules and suggested scripts to be used on the air will be highlighted and labeled in each

+A __**Guideline**__ can be defined as direction and expected action or usage by the NCS.
+A __**Rule**__ is something that is expected and must be followed by the NCS.
+A __**Script**__ is a standard statement for on-air use, and can be adjusted slightly to account for style, delivery
