Almost-Instant-Messenger (AIM) Notes (Guideline)

Provided by the Board, Directors and Band Coordinators AIM notes serve as a standard set of announcements that should be given during each net. The content of these copy and paste notes changes depending upon time of month, season, and society activity.

To ensure consistency the Directors and Band Coordinators will produce and provide a set of standard AIM notes, titled NCS – AIM Notes and Announcements, on the main website. NCS stations will be expected to have a copy of the most current version of these notes and use them on their nets.

The most current notes document will be available for download, or from your Band Coordinator. The notes will be versioned by date (month-day-year) to help ensure NCS have the most recent copy.
